The Prodigal Daughter . . . I will always come back.

Well, because I havent updated since November, I thought I would. Its just that I have an addiction . . . Its called Myspace. But I have returned.

We are still living in the school building, and everything is still going well. We are done with school for the summer, except for math of course. I am now officially a SENIOR! Uh Huh!!! Haha. I still dont have my license. BUT! I should within the next few weeks. I have no idea what we are going to do this summer, that is aside from getting in our house. Last night we went an saw RV, and surprisingly it was much funnier than we expected. Tonight we have youth, I think we are probably going to Bob's nursing home again, that'll be fun. Thats about it though.

I guess I should update.

Well not much has been happening lately. Just been kinda chillin. Attempting to teach myself how to play the piano. ATTEMPTING being the key word there. Yep, thats about it. Excited about Christmas. Well kinda. Its not as exciting as it used to be. Wonder Why??? Hhmmmm . . . Well ya thats absolutely it.

Its pretty nice not having anything to do. Im thinkin I'll go and take a drivers ed. testy thingy.

Well . . . still living up at the Co-op, which is starting back tomorrow. Im excited to see everyone but I dont really want to start school again. Thats about all . . . so good night and love all around.

Well we are as close to home as we are gonna get for a while. We are living in the Co-op which as of today has power. It just feels good to be back in Beaumont.

Today is my birthday or it was 10 minutes ago. It was really good. Considering our current situation, it was great. So I am now 17. Im gonna try to have an actual birthday party later, but we'll see how that works out. But I already got some awesome stuff. And I got to come home.

I just want to go home. I miss everyone so much. I dont know what your doing God, but could you fill us in a little. Please? I know that we are all going to be fine and all of this will clear up sometime, but this still stinks.

I cant even imagine what Beaumont is going to be like. I know that it isnt going to be the same. Its still better than Frankston though. Dont get me wrong Frankston's a great place. Its just not Beaumont. I dont really even care if it isnt the same, its still home. Our family is so funny, they are always making little comments to like persuade us to move down here. haha. Sorry Mamaw and Papaw, but unless God says "Move to Frankston Texas", it aint happenin.

For those of you that we havent talked to, the Dollarhides are fine. We are in Frankston, Texas which is about 30 minutes away from Tyler. A friend of ours is a police officer in Beaumont and they had to stay there to help keep everything under control. She went by our house and told us that our house was fine. A tree just clipped the back corner of our house ( my parents bedroom) but it was very minimal damage. We were EXTREMELY fortunate. The Nelson's, the Simon's, the Cregor's, and the Thompson's ( all friends of ours) weren't quite as fortunate.

God, please speed up the recovery of our home. I dont want to spend 30 days away from it. Bless everyone that was affected by this storm and just protect them. Give us ALL peace. Send a little bit of joy to EVERY family. I pray that you would be Glorified through this. I know that you can and will do this for me.
